With over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kirsty has a deep understanding of the rental sector in Queensland. Her passion lies in getting to know her clients, their properties, and their specific needs when it comes to renting out their property.

Kirsty started her real estate career managing multiple rental portfolios and growing rental departments in the Moreton Bay region. She then took on a role in the public sector, working for the Residential Tenancies Authority as a Conciliator and Support Officer. This role allowed her to gain invaluable experience in assisting landlords, agents, and tenants through challenges they faced and increase her knowledge of legislative requirements.

Throughout her career, Kirsty has noticed common pain points among landlords and tenants, with poor communication and a lack of understanding of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act being among the most prevalent.
